they use a bait and switch in order to rent their vehicles. you contact the main officein florida they tell you that the car is available for a lower price you drive into and come to find out the car you supposedly rented is not available. You feel at a lost because you need a car so they underhandedly change dates on you to get you into a vehicle and say the upgraded car is only about $50.00 more.. when you return the car the date is back at its original date and then you have to pay close to 100 more than expected. When you try to get assistance on all that transpired you either are on the phone lines for long periods of time... just wanting to warn people from getting scammed out of their money on false advertisment
