Sixfn is a site to buy new movies especially box sets. Web site looks really good, has a chat button for questions..but a thanks we usually reply within 24 hrs appears. All emails returned address not known. 2 day delivery is stated but after a week you receive nothing. I did get a USPS tracking number in a message sent after I added my phone number a few days after purchase, however it goes to the USPS site and states that although a postal ticket has been purchased, it doesn't mean that it will be sent. Recently I read some other reports from disgruntled customers stating they also did not receive goods, with one also stating a USPS tracking number from Gainesville FL that never got posted to them.

I ordered a movie for my son & paid with my debit card. I was given the message that I would receive it on 03/15/19. I received an email thanking me for my order. I received another email containing the tracking number for my order. Upon clicking the tracking number; I received the message that a label was made for my order on 03/14/19. A live chat area popped up on the lower right not the screen with a picture of a wizard on it that read that messages are usually answered with 24 hours. I asked where my order was but I didn’t receive answer. I emailed the address that was on the site under the contact area. The email came back undeliverable. After this; I performed a reviews on the company on www.scamadviser.com; it read that the site had a high trust rating & looked safe but had 3 bad reviews all with the same scenario as mine.

I ordered and paid for Game of Thrones the complete series on dvd. Was sent confirmation and USPStracking information. The following notice said it had been picked up by an individual at 3pm that day in Florida. As that I'm in Nevada, I contacted the company but all efforts failed. The email address is phony. No one answers the phone number given. I further researched the company an after hours of looking located 3 consumers stating the exact same had happened to them by this company
