This was a very unusual scam. They didn't ask for money. But in order to get connected to an agent through their live chat service I had to give my email to what appeared to be a real person. Usually when companies use bots it's labeled that it was created by a program or the name is just bot.

However with this one it's name was Chris and he asked for my email and told me he would connect me to another agent which seemed a little odd since he appeared to be an agent. I was requesting to have my account deleted because I wasn't satisfied with the service.

However the agent tried telling me that my request wasn't in his "scope" and then proceeded to give me an email to contact the team that would handle my request. I asked him why give me the email as a pose to just dealing with it yourself. Or looking to see what you can do.

I finally asked if he could loop a supervisor into the chat because I was getting sick of getting the runaround. Here we go with yet being given another email. So I just said forget it and am now reporting this joke of a company to the ScamPulse.com because it is very obvious they are fake.

Also the guy's English went back and forth from being bad to good bad to good bad to good. So that was another red flag.
