He is the five car rental except $410 for me. I am a single mother with cancer how many on disability I miss man just took my money and American gift card will not refund the money back to me. I’ve called the FBI the card holder the movie and I’m trying to get a lawyer but I don’t even know who I’m saying get my money back. Was trying to get a rental car to go and pick up my children three hours away and this man portrayed himself off of the Internet to be a car rental agent& he took my deposit for the car and I never received the car and he blocked my number

I’m a single mother that has cancer and is on disability and this man took my $410 that I thought was the rent a car he privately said that he was a rental car and took my money and the gift card people will not return this is wrong and I really need somebody to help me. I’ve called the new station. I’ve called the FBIto try to go to court, but I don’t even know who I’m taking to court other than this American Express gift card and they will not return my money

My story is almost identical to yours. I thought I was renting a car through Enterprise and lost $750. The merchants who got my money were Sirfozz Marketing and Global Keto, and, like you, was told to buy an American Express prepaid card. I discovered within minutes I’d been scammed and filed a formal dispute, which was denied.
I am so sorry for your circumstances.
