Bought sewing machine via PayPal from singouse.com. Payment went to JIMENEZ LLC. Asked PayPal to investigate. PayPal said machine delivered. What was delivered was a paper face mask, which apparently gave a tracking number. Both PayPal and USPS believed the fake tracking number. Do not deal with these crooks! PayPal is complicit by supporting this fake website.

[email protected] is contact for singouse.com, a fake Discontinued Singer Sewing Machine website. I paid them $50.99 for a sewing machine that was never delivered, though a paper face mask was delivered, supposedly giving them a "tracking number" that PayPal and USPS accept as proof of delivery. No confirmation of delivery address. No delivery. No communication. Case denied by PayPal. Case refused by USPS. Complaint filed at consumer.gov,, for International Consumer Protection and Enforcement Network (www.icpen.org). This may be the only recourse for the consumer. PayPal is complicit by supporting the fake website.

I was online shopping for a sewing machine. I was Googling information and this company Singouse.com came up. My search was to purchase a sewing machine. I clicked on it. It appeared to the the Singer website. I do not have their address and phone number. They claimed to have discontinued sewing machines at a discounted price. I put the item in my cart and checked out. I paid through Pay Pal. That is when I knew something was wrong.I paid 79.99. I never received confirmation. I received a Pay Pal shot from someone named Mark.It looked like a personal account. I disputed with Pay Pal. They will issue a refund. I saw that it was coming from China. It looked legitimate. I thought it was Singer.

Logged into the wedsite Singer so I thought. Used my credit card for 99.99. I sent a message and they sent a tracking number which you can't tract.

Something should be done for using the Singer Sewing machine and paypal name.

I ordered a sewing machine thinking it was singer company and they took my order took my money through PayPal off my green dot and the phone number to call was 402 935 7733 which is pay pals phone number at the bottom of website it says powered by singer. The order says paid and pending the paypal id is regardless

I ordered a sewing machine on May 5,2020. I used paypal. I askedfor a dispute resolution. Singouse gave a phoney tracking number claiming I received the product. The date on the delivery was April 30. I am following up with paypal. Not only are they scamming the public, but they produce fraudulent documents.

On May 11, 2020, I clicked on an ad listed among articles in Yahoo's daily newsfeed. It was for Singer sewing machines, 70% off online, by the Singer company. The website, Singouse, looked professional, legitimate with the red Singer logo. I purchased a $699 sewing machine for $99.99 via debit card to make face masks for the virus pandemic.

After not receiving an email confirmation of the sale, I did some research: Singouse had no customer service phone number, only email. The authentic Singer website is Singer.com. My bank said my payment went to a Chad Valenti person, not Singer. The machine I ordered was out of stock and cost $399 on Singer.com. The domain name, Singouse, was only a few months old. And finally, a Google search revealed dozens of fraud complaints against Singouse in which customers received no merchandise or refunds.

I doubt that Yahoo vets its advertisers. Nevertheless, I hope someone will investigate and shut down this fraudulent ad/website. I am taking recourse as a consumer. But this entity is cheating a lot of people out of a lot of money with Yahoo's blessing and Singer's good name.

This company uses the Singer logo and has adds with Singer machines and you purchase them and receive nothing. You pay through PayPal. I should have known better because the adds looked to good to be true, but I know nothing about sewing machines, and it said, it was a sale on machines that was being discontinued. When I went to the contact link it only gives you the option to email them. If you do go searching for a sewing machine, and you see the Singer Logo, make sure it does not have the web address Singouse.com. This is not part of the real Singer company. I should have done my homework before making a purchase. Lesson learned! I just don't want this to happen to anyone else. I work really hard for my little bit of money and I'm sure you do to.
