I saw an ad about a product on Instagram and clicked to purchase the item. But after the transaction, I noticed that it is being shipped international and found the same product for half the price locally. I contacted the email provided on the website right away to cancel my order. Somebody name John Kin got back to me and said that I need to pay cancelation fees. On their website, it says 14 days money-back guarantee. They did not refund any money so far, nor disclosed that they will. I told them that I'll dispute with my bank and they said that they will defend themselves with proof of order.
