I purchased a costume from them described as a premium cosplay outfit for $460. When it arrived in the mail it did not have all of the parts that it should have. The Pants were missing a button. Then they asked me to mail it back to them which costed $100. They are now claiming I never returned it to them. The post office Says it arrived on April 12th 2021 and Sims Cosplay is now keeping the garbage they sent me, and the money that I paid them, They dont answer messages, or calls. Its a complete scam.
