I ordered a synthetic turf rake from Simplygoodstuff for $51.00 (USD). Within hours they charged my credit card which I knew to be suspicious- most reputable vendors charge the credit card upon shipment. When I heard nothing after a week or so, I contacted Simplygoodstuff by email and phone. The phone was never answered. Emails sent back to me indicated the item was out of stock and would be shipped as soon as it was back in stock. This back and forth with emails went on for 6 weeks until I filed a dispute with my credit card company.

It’s been 8 months and I still do not have the item - Simplygoodstuff stuff has my money (credit card company still “investigating”).

I would advise no one do business with this company - occasionally they will actually deliver what is ordered to give the illusion they are legitimate. Far too many people like me have been ripped off.
