I clicked on an ad for a video doorbell. The ad said the doorbell would be free, and payment for shipping and handling would be required. I paid an initial amount of $7.95. I did receive a doorbell that is very low quality and does not work. I then noticed that I was being charged $63.71 a month as my credit card flagged the purchase as potential fraud. Upon calling, I was notified that when I signed up, I did not read the fine print and that there was a monthly charge I would be billed for. I am not certain what that charge was for and the associate I spoke with, Diana, was not able to explain it to me. She did offer me a $125.00 voucher "for other free products" if I did not cancel my subscription. I declined. I asked if I could get a refund on the $63.71 which was charged twice and she said that was not possible. I canceled my "membership" and was given a confirmation number.
