The contact email address to obtain a return address is not valid ([email protected]) & their clothing is not how it appears on the website. I ordered a cashmere sweater & received a cheap fleece pullover. After I wrote an email to express concern & desire to return it, the person said the item contained cashmere but would not provide me a return address. I am going through my card to see if I can retrieve the payment since they are not forthcoming about where and how to return the item.
