Ordered Billboards Paid $10553 in October 2018 was told signs were finally ready for transport in April 2019 sent $4800. Now its July 22nd 2019 and still no signs . Bill Ruffino always says having hard times sending do to cash shortage. Although he goes to Florida, Vegas, Drag Racing, Camping or whatever excuse he keeps coming up with of why he doesn't care about taking care of his business.
