Simple Products sent me advertisement thru facebook. They advertised a project called Xitol, to detox body, with pads on bottom of feet 1 bottle $59.00, and another product 6 bottles, $150.00. I did not authorize the 3nd product for 6 bottles $150.00. This was a fraudulent scam. I called their customer service dept immediately to cancel both transactions. The customer service girl said it would take 2 weeks to get our $$ refunded back to my credit card account. It would take 2 weeks to show up back on my card as a refund. I did not authorize these people to charge for 6mire bottles of another product. I called my bank and filed a fraudulent claim on these people. Apparently a scam!
