I saw a link while scrolling on Facebook. I clicked the link and it sent me to the website and I saw a costume there that I had been looking to by on other websites. It was a lot cheaper than the other sites that I had looked on so ordered the cosplay costume from this website simple-many.com I emailed them after the order to see if I was in fact going to receive what I ordered. They assured me that what was in the pictures on their site was in fact what I was going to receive. And that I would receive it within 7-14 days. A month later I finally receive my order and I open it up to find what was supposed to be a movie quality cosplay costume to find a Walmart, target or any other local buisness generic costume. Not even close to what I ordered. I emailed the company my issue and they responded back with we sent you that costume instead of wha you ordered because the item I ordered was out of stock I got on their website and quickly discovered they lied it was not out of stock. I emailed back and requested that they either ship me what I ordered or refund my money and they responded with please ship the item back to at your cost and we will refund your money when we receive it and inspect it to make sure it it in good order. I responded back with saying I am not willing to pay for shipping on a item sent to me that I did not order and should not have recieved in the first place please refund my money or I would report their site for scam and theft. They responded with your issues are not with the quality of our product they are your own issues. We will send you a return address if you agree to send it back and will refund you upon receiving it. I responded with a email not so nice telling them they sent me a piece of *** Walmart special costume and not what I ordered which was supposed to be movie quality and that I would be reporting their site and contacting the authorities and they can have a nice life in prison. Below are the emails and pictures of what I recieved and what I was supposed to receive as shown on their website. I was only able to attach one photo of what I recieved.
