We ordered a sweatshirt for our son for Christmas. Checked the website to make sure it wasn’t coming from China and since the address was in Utah, we decided to order. After the order was placed we got an email that showed it was in fact being shipped from China. We actually did get the sweatshirt in time for Christmas but it was substantially smaller than the mens XXL size it should have been. We contacted the company, sent the required photo/video that showed just how much smaller it was than another sweatshirt we own. We then did not hear from Jenny at Simpl Shop for about a month, after which she said she’d contacted the warehouse for them to send another. That was a couple months ago and we still haven’t seen anything. It’s now end of March!!! I feel this is a bogus company that sells items but doesn’t stand behind them and ghosts you if there is an issue at all!!
