In 2023 I assisted with Mrs. Zoila Olivares to help me submit the application to begin my citizenship procedures, for which she asked me for some documents to fill out my application and the amount of $470.00 dollars for her service and that I had to pay for what I was requesting, From the experience that she claimed to have, she only asked me for some documents and personal data to proceed, at the time she sent me the application filled out and already sent there were a series of errors, to which I commented that it was an important procedure and that is why I had assisted with her to be sure that the procedure was filled out in the correct way and that in that procedure that was being carried out sending was full of errors and her answer was sorry that procedure I did not do it I did it someone else did it for me. From my experience I do not recommend this service since it was an important procedure and when charging for the service she had to make sure that everything was correct, when she was contacted to ask her what was going on that because of the experience she said she had she could help she only ignored the messages and calls.
