Contacted them thru their website about which dog we were interested in. They sent an email with information and a contract. We agreed and returned the contract and made payment via Apple Pay of $1,000.00. The dog was supposed to be shipped to KCI Airport. The day the puppy was supposed to be shipped, I received an email from the shipping company that the dog needed to be in a thermal crate and the shipper didn't provide one. I could rent one for $50.00, however they would need a refundable deposit of $2,450.00 for a total payment to the shipping company of $2,500.00. I would receive the refundable portion in cash upon delivery of the dog. If I don't pay this amount, then I will be reported to the authorities for pet abandonment and is punishable by law with jail time.
