David Witherspoon attempted to sale a home for $24,000 and after signing the contract and the deed informed me that he was not the legal owner but his wife was as the home was in the business Silver Spoon name and that she had required that I let her rent the property out to someone else after purchase and when I refused to pay him an additional property management fee he broke the contract and said it was not valid because he did not own the property he just signed as if he did.
