Silver Saint Bernard's sold me a Saint Bernard puppy that was not delivered. It was a detailed scam in which the 'breeder' Jack sent me pictures and video of my specific puppy, Sully, however in retrospect he only spoke on the phone with me once, all communication was done via text. The scam was complex and involved a legitimate pet delivery company, Pet Packers (http://petpackers.net/), however I overlooked the return email address for Pet Packers was [email protected] which ties to another fraudulent company (https://upsglobalswiftlogistics.com/). Both fraudulent 'companies' are hosted via the domain namecheap.com. The puppy cost $800 and the shipping fee $500 to have the puppy in a pet nanny's lap which was consistent with the fees listed on Pet Packers website HOWEVER on the day of Sully's delivery, I received a call from Weston at 'Pet Packers' and he said the airline needed a $970 refundable insurance fee for Sully to fly. All payments were made via Zelle (therefore no recourse in getting them refunded). I was texted on my way to the airport and told the puppy was a scam.
