I was notified by phone that my email address was affiliated with Multiple Binary Options Trading platforms online, and that through a Law Suit and subsequent Asset Forfeiture of 1st. Global Assets LLC. That Carl Ruderman CEO was arrested and that I have a substantial settlement that is with the Costa Rican Government. I am being requested to send around 3,000 USD and wire it to an account in Costa Rica in order to receive a Settlement of over $500,000 The perps do not want to send anything to me in the Mail and the Whois Domain services says the Website was put together by a convicted Felon. This seems to be Highly Organized international with Multiple players. The Website has been up and running for the past 2 years Silva.Consulting ....notice the Dot . in the name as there are multiple Silva Consultants on the Web.
