My fiance had found this site advertised on Facebook. He found a electric scooter/3wheel bike he wanted for his birthday. I looked at the site and thought it was a legit site per the reviews and the fact that they had product in warehouses in the United States. It also had a guarantee for the shipping and for the product itself. So I ordered it. I placed the order in May, it is now nearing the end of July and he hasn't received it. I have emailed multiple times and receive responses that are not helpful. So now he doesn't get his gift and I am out the money spent. This company has no phone number, only email and mailing address. The last email I received they are trying to tell me that it's USPS's fault. They are not willing to refund my money.
