My card was charged on Wednesday, April 13th for a "trial" bottle of SILQUESKIN by VIOLET DREAM, LLC serum and eye cream. I was charged shipping and handling for both as I had agreed to. There was NO information on their website stating I would be billed a different amount later or enrolled into a monthly billing/shipping. I did however read about some scams on line (after I received my product) by this company and panicked. I immediately sent an email stating I was not happy with the product, do not charge my card for anything more. It had been exactly 12 days from the time they charged my card for the trial to when I sent my email stating I did not want anything else billed on my credit card. SILQUESKIN responded to my email with a cancellation confirmation code and an hour later my card was charged $89.00 for more cream. I will be calling my bank in the morning and cancelling my card as well as seeing if they can remove the charges. I don't want anyone else to be scammed by this company and I want my money back. Any help you can offer would be most appreciated.
