Sikaic delivered what I paid for, but lied to me about what the product was supposed to come with. I requested a refund within 3 days of purchase, even agreed to a partial refund. They said in their own words, that they would give me a partial if I kept it, now they're only telling me I am only getting $20, which I disagreed with. They have since continued to not only ignore me through their only means of communication, which is email and through their Facebook page, but they don't even have a phone number listed. Not only have they ignored me as a customer, but they are ignoring their own policy which states 5 to 7 days, for delivery, which my product was 3 days late, but they are also ignoring the fact that I have 30 days to request a refund and have the money returned to me. Not only will they tell you you are getting a partial and then lie, and also ignore you even though you are right, and it is within your right to request this, (in their terms), but they are going to go against their own policies and ignore the customer. This company needs to be shuttered ASAP. Anyone reading this, do not touch this business with a ten-foot pole. I wouldn't they will lie to you, rip you off for refunds whether partial or in full, lie about their products, then play stupid.

Your email to me said, and I quote,"

Dear Customer,

Thank you for your message. sikaic1775

We are very sorry that we misunderstood. This bed frame is equipped with box springs, which can increase the load-bearing and use of the bed. Can you keep it? If you want to keep it, we are willing to give you a partial refund. A partial refund of what I paid is $92, not $20, I expect it back in my account in the morning.

Then, they turned around and said, "Dear Customer,

Sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with this bed frame, how about we refund $20 to issue this problem?

This is after ignoring my emails to them a further 10 times, and then, I explained, that I cannot return it, not because I don't want to, but because I can't lift it to do so, the box remains unopened in my closet even now. I asked if they could take it out of my house, but they have just ignored me further. Then they send me that, email above stating that, they will only give me $20 after saying they'll give me $92 back. They are full of ****. From now on, I only buy American Products. As it is, I feel they should just go back to China at this point. Shuttering the company immediately, I would highly recommend as it would save a lot of trouble for the government in the long run.
