I was calling to consolidate my loans for income driven loan. I called my to check on my loan this morning because I have a payment due in Oct 5 of 338.76 and the person at Nelnet said that my loan was never consolidated. It's a regular loan and it was never put into a income driven loan. I paid this money and what I thought was done nothing has happened at all. Now, i must start from scratch to start over. I want this company to pay back my money if possible. I thought they were doing business legit. Please check into this for me. The39.99y said it would cost me 289.99 for an amount of time to get my loans consolidated but they were never consolidated. They are also going to take $39.99 per month for a prosperity benefit services per month for my loan. Please look in to this. This is not right.
