I found the business “Appliance repair center”online and called them to come and take a look at our Samsung refrigerator. The technician came over and quickly diagnosed the need to change the back panel. He happened to have the replacement panel in his truck. While replacing he tried his best to distract me by asking for towels, etc. charged $300 and send invoice including one year warranty.
Two weeks later same problem happened. We opened the plan and realized he had replaced our panel with a used damaged one. Called the number on the invoice and the technician number. Both went to the same voicemail and were never returned. The phone numbers are: (704)727-4151
