I ordered item from the business on, following the prompts to place order, select Western Union option to get cash pricing, submit order, wait for contact details to send money, and finally send the money. The funds were picked up on the other end, and I was told my order was being packaged and I would receive a call from my local FFL dealer, once item arrived. 1 week later I checked on the status of the order, and was told to “please practice patience” as they are extremely busy processing orders, but everything was good from my end. I again reached out on 2 weeks later, and was told that my order was cancelled since I never sent money. I let him know that I would provide the proof now, and he hung up on me. Now they will not take my calls, or return my calls.
