Ordered a test and waited and waited for delivery. Spent 2 hours on hold for a foreign man to answer the phone and tell me they were picking up my test now. An hour later it was delivered. Waited for 8 hours in a virtual waiting room for a nurse to show up and not be able to hear me so she ended the call no live chat option. Got emails and texts from the company saying that I needed to take my test and I responded saying I didn’t have the time to spend 12 hour day waiting to take a pcr and that I left the unused test on my front porch for collection.

Stopped receiving emails and texts from them but now I receive a ton of spam emails and texts and calls.

Today my card was used for fraudulent charge at go daddy and while reading on Reddit a lot of people mention this same issue.

With the recent surge our daycare shutdown and this was the only way for us to find a pcr test in an entire week long window. Shame on this company for taking advantage of truly difficult situation that people and parents find themselves in. We waited in line for both our kids and the line RESET TWICE. At that point we started digging and found Reddit, Facebook and this site about peoples experiences. Our friends are trying to go through with it and uploaded photos of their kids passports!?!?!? No one should ever need that to perform a test on a minor, this is a scary scam that even highly educated people are falling for with our backs pressed against a wall. I’m reporting them to internet fraud crime and filing a scam with our bank as well.

This company is a scam. I heard about the company through a Persian radio, Radio Hamrah. They say someone comes to your home and test you for covid for free. Absolutely a lie. I registered for 3 people, they charged my account $75. They were supposed to be here between 9 to 11, I had to leave. My out-of-country guest who was home saw the driver leave the 3 envelopes. No one came to test. No one called to see if someone is coming or not. They have all our information, credit cards, and driver's licenses. This is a scam and needs to be stopped. They get your information and they steal your money.

Do not fall for this for a Covid test or anything else! They scammed me out of $50 and have all my personal info now too. They showed up, gave us one test not two which we paid for and then never came back to pick up tests. All this after I had already canceled and held on phone forever only to be disconnected. Terrible.

First it has you registered to make a at home covid test delivered to your door then says a doctor will walk you thru charged 25.00 my appointment was at 3 and never seen no one

Be aware! This company is a scam! They get all your information, including your driver's license picture and your credit card information but never deliver. On December 20th, I made an appointment for myself and my wife for December 22nd at 11 am. On that day, no one came, and at 2:30 pm I called them. The representative, Chris, told me that there was an error and we are scheduled for only one test kit. He said they are behind and they will deliver the test kits shortly. However, no one came that day or called for the next 6 days! In the meantime, I noticed that they have charged my credit card twice for $75 (total $150) for the test kits which were supposed to be free. On December 20th, I received emails and text messages confirming our appointments and the fact that they were free but they charged my credit card $150 anyway. After several attempts and being on hold for hours, I finally was able to get a live agent (the same agent, Chris) on the phone on December 28th. He checked and acknowledged that they should not have charged me anything and apologized. He said that he will credit my card for $150 but it will take 5 to 10 days before I see it. sick.org is not an honest business. You cannot trust them. Check their reviews on other websites. Don't become another victim!

I HAVE A RIGHTEOUS MAD AT THE MOMENT—Sick.org texted me an hour ago, after she read what I wrote ON THIS SITE, calling me a liar. EXCUSE ME, I said. I am a retired federal judge, how “f…en dare you call me a liar- trying to cover your OWN happy a[censored] I see.” Her name was Johanne (I believe my notes reflect that she was the concierge). I know they will charge my credit card an outrageous amount of money, so be prepared. First go back and reconstruct all that happen, dates, times, texts etc., any witnesses, but put on paper NOW, before your recollection fades over the holidays. Very few people will be open to file the complaints until after the first week in January. But your bank and credit card companies you provided to sick.org for a $25.00 cancellation fee or no-show will be working until Christmas Eve maybe, government agenncies generally take pity on the federal and state employees right before Christmas and we are sent home early. THE BANKS AND CREDIT COMPANIES WILL BE OPEN AND HAVE POSTED HOURS IN ADVANCE. ASK FOR THE FRAUD DEPARTMENT! Watch your credit card, FOR UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS, and if possible explain to the bank before they close up for the holidays. WANT HAPPENED. If you relay to your bank what happened if you have been charged for a no show already (and PS the know shopws are on sick.org's part.) We think initially they must mean if we don't show. YET, this is how they scammed this to begin with, because as you now realize, they are purposely defrauding you with their scam. What the hell is wrong with these people, either dumber than a box of works or simply criminals making money over people's miseries. I suggest you print this page out with my email address in case they need verification of these scammsters. For giggles, I did say to her, “Are you trying to get into a p[censored] contest with a federal judge you have no idea how miserable I will make your life—not a threat. Threats are illegal! I am making you a promise, now that is hardly illegal. You will rue the day you messed with me (and others). With laser like vision, I will take you down, and it won't be pretty. ROCK, PAPER, SCISSORS, you cannot win you fraudsters. Normally it is a difficult case to commit fraud because you must be able to show intent. LOOK AT YOUR TEXT MESSAGES, CHARGES FOR NO SHOWS AND FOR ME MY 28-HOUR ON HOLD BILL. Contact me if you need telephone numbers. I have friends in all the agencies that will help. HOWEVER, COPYING THIS PAGE WITH EVERYTHING THAT IS ON HERE WILL HELP YOU PROVE UP YOUR CASE WITH AN AGENCY OE SMALL CLAIMS COURT. JUDGE BULLOCK MY EMAIL ADDRESS IS [email protected] BLESS ALL OF YOU. WE JUST WANT TO GET BETTER BY CHRISTMAS AND NOT WORRY ANYONE. I AM HEADING BAVK TO THROW UP. SORRY

I am a retired federal civil rights judge. I had a horrible experience with these people, First off, they do not keep to any schedule. I was unknowingly booked for a virtual examination, this past Friday at 9:00 pm. Not the time I selected. Moreover they were supposed to drop off the testing kit between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm for what was supposed to happen in the exam room hours earlier. I finally called the sick.org people and was on hold from Friday night until late Saturday night. Finally, I heard a real voice and said are you from sick.org? The women said yes. I said "you are unbelievable, keeping people on hold and charging them whether you appear or not. I relayed to sick.org that I was blind, elderly and did not have any physical strength in my hands. Knowing all of this, the women doctor refused to help me and chastised me for not having my children or neighbors over to help. As a former judge who still specializes in civil rights I relayed the law to her as she said, "you are taking too long, you cannot read the packet and you cannot open the test tubes because you have no strength. I am hanging up on you!" I said, "You mess with the elderly and disabled at your own peril." She hung up. Obviously sick.org is a sham, no regulatory accountability or transparency, fraudulent and horrifically disrespectful. As soon as I find their home office, I will instruct my office to file suit against them. I live in San Diego, California. And, if someone referred these people to you BEWARE! It is bad enough to be sick (even after having all the shots etc.,) and think they will help you - they will only screw with you and your credit card. Respectfully submitted, MEB

Business states it can deliver COVID test to your home. Hours of waiting on the phone, and several emails, and no response from the vendor.

I was searching the internet for Wallgreens to schedule a drive-thru Covid Test. Sick.org popped up and I was unknowingly entering my personal identification thinking it was for Wallgreens. I uploaded my drivers license and insurance card, full name, address, and birthdate. They claimed to drop off a Covid test kit at my home. I chose an appointment date and time but they never showed up. So I went and got tested elsewhere. The next day my test kit was dropped off at my home. It was delivered in a plain white envelope with no business name. That was followed up with a text message to work with a provider and they attached a link for me. I clicked on the link and it said I was in a waiting room and a doctor would join soon. That is when I thought to myself that this seems very strange and I disconnected. Whoever these people are, I feel they are up to no good and are out there to hurt people for their own good. They have my private personal identification information and I am concerned. That is why I contacted BBB, in hopes that they can help Shut them down. It’s bad enough to be sick with Covid, let alone be scammed.

Elaborate scam to collect personal info. Everything in the website is fake, including their claimed partnerships. I was sick enough to upload my license and insurance cards and credit card info for the "No show" fee. Check out the last text message. Sure, go ahead and bill me $2,500. Notice how all comments in their Facebook page are also deleted. Report this site to multiple agencies to shut it down! They WILL send people to your home.

Much like the instances above, took all the details from us, dropped off testing kits but no response since then. No doctor has joined their supposed "virtual exam room" after waiting for over an hour now. Tried reaching out to their customer service but to no avail.
Will definitely report this to the BBB as well.

Definitely looks fraud..they took my daughter's sample and mentioned you will get results in 24 hrs. Its been 2 days and I am still waiting on results despite multiple calls and messages. They are not even responding.

They are a SCAM! They didn't show up for the first appointment (after pushing it back a few hours) and then they rescheduled for the next day and didn't show again and stopped responding to our texts. When you call them you will perpetually be on hold.
They need to be SHUT DOWN as they only steal your money.

+3

This company advertises free in-home testing. After they text requesting your photos of your health insurance and driver's license and receive it they never show for the test.

+4

They schedule appointments to come to your house and test you for covid, then don’t show up and ask for all kinds of personal information to reschedule.

- Corona, CA, USA

They push my appointment back twice, then rescheduled to the next day. Then the day of the next appointment they cancelled it when I demeaned to speak to a manager due to multiple rerouting and then last minute cancellation . Very unprofessional and did not deliver promises services. No contact number to file a compliant, no manager to speak to, no customer service.
