I ordered a product through the company for which they immediately deducted the money from the account. They state they will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your purchase. They sent me a confirmation email saying my product has shipped but did not include a tracking number. When I check the company website using the order number they provided at check out their website states invalid order. I have since emailed the company 2 times asking for information on my order and they do not respond. It has now been 2 weeks since they supposedly shipped my product from Richmond, VA and I have not received the item I ordered in IA.
