Ordered 2 face masks on April 25, 2020. Order#7290. I waited a week and tried to track my order and couldn't track it with their tracking tool. I sent 2 emails requesting a status on my order and never received a reply. I finally talked to a "David" on their sites chat. He told me their orders are backed up but would be ready by the end of the week. I waited another week and a half and now I can't even get someone to respond to the chat.
