A business called Shreveport Appliances has a website and a Facebook page. They also have a website identifying themselves as Red Stick Appliances. I purchased a washer and dryer from them on March 9, received a receipt, and spoke to someone on the phone. I have not been able to reach them since then. My delivery was scheduled for April 1. I have attempted to reach them by phone 318-295-0766, email , and through facebook and their website. I reached out to a few customers who had posted on their facebook page, and they both said they had trouble reaching the company but did finally receive their product. I have no way to validate these claims. The business has no posted physical location. I believe that it is a sophisticated scam.
