I thought I was ordering was a beautiful hand wired yard ornament. What I received was a fake. Nothing like what I ordered. The item I received was just pieces of metal that did not fit together. I contacted [email protected]. I sent pictures of what I ordered and what I received. They have offered a 25% refund. This is fraud. I emailed back that nothing but a full refund would satisfy me.
