The owner refused to refund my money after purchasing flowers for a friend who recently had surgery. My friend stated they hadn't received any flowers and I had them set to be delivered my friends address. After realizing the flowers were never delivered I tried to call and contact the owner for a refund and she said her system was down. The same owner is literally arguing with people who leave a negative review regarding her florist shop. This is a form of fraud because the owner took my money and never provided the product I paid for. This owner and their business needs to be shutdown asap she is aggressively attacking customers who have legitimate complaints. Legal action is required! ASAP.

I ordered flowers for a friend of mine who just received surgery. My friend never received the flowers so I called the shop in which the owner told me their system was down and to call back the next day. I called back and my call was forwarded to voicemail several times. This went on for a few days and still no response so I had to get PayPal involved.
