I placed an order online (shopthedapperduck.com) and paid using PayPal. After 2 weeks, when I had not received the item or any updates about the order, I sent an email ([email protected]) asking for a status update on my order. I did not receive a response. I then submitted an inquiry on the website's 'contact us' page. After another week with no response, I searched for the business on Instagram (shopthedapperduck) and sent two separate messages (a week apart) inquiring about my order and received no response. I also tried calling via Instagram, no response. It has now been over 45 days since I originally placed the order.
