Ordered this from the website and received an order confirmation. Didn't receive any updates or an accurate tracking number associated with my order. The 'Track My Order' button doesn't work from their order page on your website. It also instructs you to use the ‘Shop’ app, but it says "We couldn't find a tracking number". I reached out to customer support and received a response promptly via email that said "Thanks for your email. I’m sorry for the trouble you are having. I have checked the status of your order and your order is still being processed. You can wait for a few more days, and there will be an automatic email to confirm your order". I have contacted them again several times with no response since.
