Claimed we could purchase things for pre-order. We did this in July 2022, yet still haven’t received them in nearly March 2023. Contacted the company asking for a refund, they immediately marked the order as shipped, but they have failed to provide tracking information in the multiple attempts afterwards to receive it.

after my daughter saw these sweatpants on social media, she had asked for them. They had a pre order for these select sweatpants in November 2021. After looking up the company online and seeking they had a Youtube channel and what we thought was a good internet appearance we made the purchase. received a shipping confirmation in Jan 2022. Saying the sweatpants were on their way. i con tasted their customer service after nothing updated with the shipping info on March 6th 2022. I was told then that it was delayed because of covid restrictions. I contacted them again on April 24th with a reply that it was still on its way.Again, on july 24th via email i asked for a refund but was told that it was on its way and they sent me my order number and tracking information. Again, it was dead just stating it was shipped. Again on Aug 9th with no reply. I have once again on 11/2/22 sent an email requesting a refund. The tracking information was still dead, just saying it shipped
