I had ordered items from this website. Receiving my items took longer than expected because of the high volume of orders they were receiving, which was understandable so I patiently waited. I finally received half of my order. I emailed explaining to them I only received half of my order. They responded with they will "investigate to see what happened with my order". I waited a week to hear back from them and received nothing. I wrote them an email asking for a refund 5 days ago. They didn't respond. Customer service has been awful with this company.
