Saw an add on Facebook for $99 Commercial Grade inflatable slides and purchased one by using my Paypal account which is linked to my personal checking account

This website is selling inflatable water slides for a discounted price. They were advertised on Instagram & other sites. I placed my order on 7/2/20 and received a receipt & USPS tracking #

The tracking says shipped & delivered on 6/29

Tracking # 9400109898642987300023. I have not received my order! I sent an email inquiry, but got no response back. I am out $111 and want my order or money back.

I saw their ad on Facebook which led me to their website where I purchased the waterslide on their website. I quickly recieved tracking information for the seller via PayPal just a few hours after I placed my purchase, the tracking number had stated the order was already delivered. So looking into the tracking info they took a random persons tracking number that had a delivery address in my city to make it seem as if the product was delivered to me. Also the delivery was dated 3 days prior to me placing my order so obviously red flags right there. None of it makes any sense. So needless to say I never received the product and no one responds to the contact email.
