A few days ago, I received a letter and check via USPS priority mail with a letter and check. The letter describes a common scam in which the participant purchases and sense a gift card and sends it to the scammer in anticipation of a reward for cashing the check. The scammer reminds the victim to purchase gift cards from multiple different stores. The check sent to me claims to be from Huntington National Bank- Branch 510120 in Columbus, OH.
