I ordered Christmas presents online on 12/2/22. When they didn't arrive, I reached out to the seller. She said they were having supply chain issues. I was patient but when they items didn't arrive by mid-January I reached back out to the email address [email protected] and Rhiannon Brownell replied they couldn't refund money on an item that hadn't been processed yet. I demanded a refund again and all communication stopped, no items have been received and now the website has been taken down.

Saw advertisement on FaceBook and ordered cocktail napkins through their website. Order placed on October 27, 2022. As of December 26, 2022 merchandise has not been received. Emailed their customer service email asking for updates and a Rhiannon Brownell responded using the Customer Care email stating that due to delays and hurricane shipping will be delayed. Appeared to be a 'boilerplate" email response. Contacted several more times with same response.
