About 2 months ago I purchased 5 items from this website (a shirt, two dresses, a backless/strapless bra, and a moon lamp). I got an order number “confirmation” with very little information on October 17, 2018. After about a week or two I emailed on October 23, 2018 and asked how long it would take to receive my package and the person said “Good evening,

Orders are shipped out a week from them being placed and take 4-6 weeks to be delivered. However our company does not offer tracking on our packages. -Alexis (customer service) Sent from my iPhone“ on October 24, 2018. On November 7, 2018 I emailed again to ask when my package would be arriving, but got no repsonse. I then tried looking on the website, but the link went straight to saying it was no longer a website and that the shop did not exist. I still have no received any package nor any form of communication.
