I have ordered 3 shirts from this company...I was in constant contact with Celeste because all the shirts were custom made...she worked tirelessly on all 3 of these shirts till They we're to my satisfaction...I received all the shirts as promised per the USPS tracking number they sent me...I was absolutely blown away with the high quality of all of the 3 shirts and will definitely order from this company and Celeste again...I saw these 2 negative reviews and whole I can't comment either way...I can say my experience with Celeste and this company are the polar opposite of these other 2 folks that left those negative reviews about her...I was overly satisfied with my experiences with Celeste and this company

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered 2 shirts from this company via their website on 2/14/22. They required PayPal for all transactions. I received a confirmation email for my purchase, then later in the day received an order cancellation email. I then received the following email from "[email protected]"

as follows:

"My dear, I'm really sorry that my paypal account has been locked. So I can't continue to order you. You can open a paypal case for paypal to refund you. I'll let you know to book another place in time for the date you need it. I am very sorry for this incident. I don't want this to happen either. I hope you understand. I'm not cheating here at all. Everything is out of my control. And what you need to do is file a claim to paypal to refund you and order elsewhere. Or you can re-order the order because I changed to another paypal to receive your payment. I so sorry. I hope you understand! Thank you so much!

Best regards, Celeste (Velazquez)"

Upon checking my PayPal acct, my transaction went to someone named "Tran Thi Tao", not "Celeste". I tried emailing them back but they did not reply. I tried calling their listed phone number but it is 'not in service'. I Googled the email address [email protected] and it does not exist. The business address listed for Madison, WI is for student housing (Witte Residence Hall) at the Univerity of Wisconsin-Madison.

I am now left having to file a claim with PayPal over this obvious scam.
