Hi , so my son deposited money in my account to buy a gift for his partner. We googled a product called Menstruation crustation because it was sold out on Amazon so we tried to find it somewhere else. It was sold out everywhere because apparently it was shown on tic Tok. So I finally clicked on this site that said they had it in stock. They have my card number my 3 numbers on the back and my address and full name. I was never able to get tracking. They said I had to download an app for the tracking and it says they couldn't find a tracking number. The phone numer listed on the site sounds like it's a cell phone that no ody answers. The email they have nobody answers. I have sent several emails and I tried the live chat. There is nobody there to answer. Im frustrated and upset because my son just started working and he lost. 37.50. he worked for that. And I am powerless I can't make them pay for the crime and I can't get his money back ??
