I have emailed, called, chatted about 1,000 times with NO response and I placed an order on December 4 for a digital birdhouse. It’s now December 21 and there is NO info on any sort of shipment or tracking etc. these people are scam artists and I finally get on a chat with someone today who is saying they can’t help me and that they’ll have “tier two”

Contact me via email which will never happen because nobody has responded to any of the SEVERAL emails I’ve sent. I call and sit on hold for five min then get sent to voicemail. I have left probably 12 voicemails and not ONCE have I received a call back, nor an email etc
