Bought a leather fix kit after seeing an ad on Facebook: A$25.00. Took two months for the order to arrive and when it did it was one small tube of gunk. No instructions, no applicators, it bore no resemblance to what was advertised. I emailed to complain and request a refund. No reply. Sent another email via the website. No reply. One final email before giving up. Again, no reply. This is a truly crap ‘business’ (I use the term loosely) and my advice would be: stay away!

Waited 10 weeks so far and nothing arrived. Even threatening them with legal action did not work. "Sue us they said". Interesting that the address is in the UK but they are obviously in Asia. They are still advertising the leather cleaner.

Ordered product 04/2021. As of 06/2021 no product received. Email company on 5/15/2021. Reply states must of got lost sending out and allow 7-10 days. Still no product. Impossible to find a telephone number to speak with a person. SCAM!

Wish I'd read this before I threw my money away! Obviously no one gets reimbursed or gets their product. They are obviously a scam. Will do my best to get this info out on social media before they manage to block me.

I ordered a Leather Repair Kit on 20/4/21, I ordered 2 tubes of colour at a cost of $51.66. My ordered arrived today, NO KIT, just 2 x 20ml tubes of colour which wouldn't even go close to repairing the leather on my car seat. I assumed I was buying an American product, but it arrived from Malaysia; to say I am disappointed, is a major understatement, DO NOT BUY from this company. L. Stewart, Melbourne, Australia

They advertise a Leather fix Advanced Leather Repair kit. Showing numerous products and tools to repair damaged leather. After a significant amount of time had passed and inquiry into where my product was. I finally received one small black tube in the mail. No directions, No tools, and No other products. There is no number to call them and when you email them they just send you back some pre-written mumbo jumbo with no direction on how to correct the problem or make it right. The advertisement is extremely misleading and I consider this fraud as they are not providing what they claim. I was taken for $19.99.

They are very quick to charge your CC and send no product.

Also interesting to note that the address the company has registered as their company office is, in fact, the central US Postal Office in Los Angeles.

Placed an order MONTHS ago, was promised a refund when it hadn't arrived after a few weeks.

Have emailed them (as that is the only way to contact them) half a dozen times, as well as contacted them on their Facebook page, only to be blocked from commenting or messaging them. They have no visible contact number, although I will continue to search for one and actually speak to them.

They have essentially stolen my money, and from what these comments below mine say - many other people's too.

If you are reading this, Shopnatic - REFUND MY MONEY AT ONCE. Do not ask me to email you, I have done so many times with zero response.

I ordered a leather repair kit back on March 17th 2021. As of today, May14th 2021, my order is not even on it's way. I sent them a message asking about my order, it took them over 3 weeks to reply. The reply was :

So, REALLY?! I sent my question MORE THAN 14 days ago. I CANNOT track my item because I was never given a tracking number, because my item WAS NEVER SHIPPED! I think this company is a scam. Prove me wrong Shopnatic, send me my item, or refund my money. Otherwise, I WILL POST ON ALL SOCIAL MEDIA ABOUT HOW YOU STEAL PEOPLE'S MONEY!

Standard reply from this company. Everyone gets the same message.

Purchased 3 leather repair kits on March 22 and still have not received them (it’s May 14 in Australia). They keep telling me to be patient and wait, and the tracking is just saying that that it’s still in China, where it’s been since the day I placed the order. They are now not responding to any of my emails asking about my order. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Totally bogus.

I have ordered super charge- 4 in wireless charger on 04/02/2021. It is 3/12 now.. I didn't receive the order yet!. I keep getting same automated message. I asked them few times to refund my money..no response.
I am fed up. Please stop cheating people. If you cant deal with Business. Please close your Business and stop fooling people.

I have ordered from shopnatic on 19/03. The tracking info they give you does not work. I emailed them to find out where my order was in April and was reassured by Sophie Green that it would be delivered in 5-7 business days, even with another gift. To date nothing has been received.
Have emailed them again requesting a refund as this is surely more than enough waiting time.but after reading these I am getting my bank involved

I think this is a scam and people should be aware of this. Wish I had read the reviews prior to doing the order.

I have ordered the leather repair item one month ago and still they didn't deliver it never the less they are not responding also they block me to add any comments on face book , they are ignoring my emails and messages all time so I lost my money, please I need all people to know about this, they are bul[censored]ting people and think how much money they are earning from us and they have no items to be delivered to us, that was the worst experience o have ever have with online shopping and because of this I will never shop online

Same same I ordered the multi charger never got it emailed them got a reply from Sophie saying she will re ship my order that was February 10 still never received my order it’s now April 23 I now email with no response I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased I will be contacting my bank to get a refund

Order placed 04/2021 as of 6/2021 no product received. Contacted ShopNatics on 5/15/2021 and had the same standard reply and they would ship and I should have in 7-10business days. Nothing! This place is a SCAM!

I purchased the Supercharge 4in1 Wireless Charging Station ($39.95) on March 4, 2021 from Shopnatic.com. I did not receive the item until April 5, 2021. Upon trying out the product, I noticed that the charging stand for my Apple Watch was not working. I paid $5.70 to return the product with tracking on 4/8/21. Although I used the address from this company's Website to return the package, the package was returned to me by USPS with the message "Return to Sender - Insufficient Address."

I sent an email to the company requesting a valid address and received a response from a "Sophie Green," who is supposed to be part of the Shopnatic Team. Her responses was "Did you include Shopnatic.com on the address? If there is anything else that I can help you with, please do not hesitate to contact me."

I paid $39.95 for a product that is not working properly and the product was returned back to me because of an insufficient address. I am very frustrated with this company that appears to be a scam.
