STOLEN PHOTOS what you see is NOT what you get

This company uses stolen photos of official college mascots, higher quality mascots made by independent mascot artists, cosplayers and costumers, cropped photos straight from official media sources. Not only is it underhanded to steal and watermark other people's photos, but, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE WHAT IS PICTURED, quality is very low.

I attempted to purchase a mascot for my nonprofit business on May 5, 2020. I have tried to contact this company about 5 times.No answer on any of my calls to them. The provided number on their site does not even work. I emailed them on June 10, since I have not received notice or a call. I got a email back saying that the mascot was on a ship to the USA, and that I will get a tracking notice upon arrival. I have not received anything from this company, not even a call. It is now June 28, 2020 and my money was taken. Can you help me please? I have not received anything. That order was placed on May 5, and it was for 20-30 days turnaround. It is now June 28, 2020.

I ordered an African Lion mascot for our school off of this website. When it arrived, it was not the product shown online. It was shipped from China and the mascot head was made mostly of styrofoam. Additionally, the feet of the costume were cheap and did not have the stitched toes that the picture showed. When I went back to the website to call them to complain, the 1-800 number went to another company, and the 456 number was not a working number. It was at this time that I noticed there was not address on the website, just a blurb about them being from San Francisco.

The picture is of the inside of the lion's head. It shows the styrofoam and interior and what looks like the interior of a hard helmet, repurposed.
