I made a purchase with this hair company that is advertising human hair and the hair I received is not human hair , very much like doll hair . I explained my frustrations with the company and after several emails and weeks I was offered $38 for 3 of the bundles which I explained to them wasn’t happy about and didn’t feel compensated. Then after a week I reached out again because the 4 bundles I had were shedding tangling and showing all the signs it is not human hair and they offered me $55 refund . I would have rather completely returned the hair but they said they would not accept it
