I bought the evil face hoodie for my son on 1/10/19 for $180..on the 16th I emailed the person I sent PayPal to and she informed me to email the customer service email on the website,there was no customer service email just a reply to that email [email protected] .I sent email to shoplewuz the 16th and 17th of January stating that I should have at least got a tracking number wheres the package?Later on that day on the 17th I gotta email saying my item is bring shipped with a tracking number but when you click the number it's not tracking it,so I figure maybe it's to soon since they just sent this email..I emailed th ere m on 1/28/19 asking what's taking so long I ordered on the 10th of January .On 2/2/20 I sent another emailed saying I'm pursuing legal action send my money back if there is no item I've been patient it's almost a whole month I've never waited that long..I go on the website a little later and its gone,saying we will be back soon etc so I feel totally scammed?Not knowing what to do i emailed the person I sent paypal to and told her I'm pursuing legal action.They have my credit card information when I thought this was a real company, even if it was real and they are having issues with website there is no communication at all and I'm very concerned
