i ordered a mascara on October 10 2018 . the cost was supposed to be $4.90. they charged my account $9.90 . when i emailed them the sent me an email saying my item has been shipped. i told them they over charged me and got a computer generated form letter saying " i must have accidentally ordered 2 items" i know what i ordered, it was 1 mascara. several form letters later they send another email saying delivery has been set back to Dec. 1, at this point if they send me 2 mascaras i really dont care. i just want to get something for my money. i dont think thats happening. i wish i had read customer reviews before i ordered, i would still have my $9.90.
