Item was ordered online 4 Dec 2023, tracking number provided ************* by 17Track program. and said it was delivered to Alamogordo Post Office 29 Dec 23. I went to Post Master in Alamogordo NM, they never received item. Contracted seller and they can provide no proof the package was received by Alamogordo Post Office. I have requested refund from seller, they say package was delivered,,, but have nothing to prove that... just them saying that. What recorse do I have,,, I ordered in good faith and they have my money and I have nothing. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and I am out money. Please help!! Their word is worthless!!!
