This "chef" was having a big sale right before Christmas, I decided to take advantage of. Once I completed my order I noticed I purchased the wrong item and immediately reached out to customer service and advised of the error and asked to have the item exchanged and was advised the order could not be changed but returned for a refund. So I decided to go BACK to the site and place a new order for the correct item paying close attention to the cart items, got my confirmation and it was AGAIN for the wrong item. I reached out again and was told there was nothing that could be done. I advised per the same email thread that I would refuse shipments because there was clearly an issue on the website. This same person held the same sale again after Christmas and I went to the site to see what would happen and low and behold the SAME issue. I believe the item is out of stock, but they are still advertising them and sending unreturnable items in its place. I reached out to let the company know with tracking showing the items are on the way back and was advised they don't get refused packages even with delivery insurance he makes you buy.
