The blurams (a Chinese) company sells the security camera with 1-year warranty and I bought it on November, 2022. This particular product is not functioning correctly within six months. I filed a repair claim two weeks ago. The company has asked for all my personal information and stated they would sent me a replacement. However, it has been two weeks, and I am being completely ignored by their customer service. In a way, they are still holding my personal information without responding to me properly. I also found many customers on the internet have the same experience as I do. Therefore, I would like to report this company to you. Thank you.
